WEST POINT, Miss. (WTVA) — A judge set bond at $1.2 million for the man accused of killing a coworker at the Yokohama Tire plant near West Point.
Friday's court appearance by Willie Swain Jr., 41, came one day after his surrender.
Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott says Swain is accused of shooting and killing Javerest Gray, 28, of Starkville, in the plant parking lot Wednesday morning.
There is no word on what led to that shooting.
