Steubenville Police

Pea shooter: Four juveniles shot Orbeez at a couple waiting in the drive-thru line at a local restaurant, Thursday. A woman was hit in the eye area, and her husband in the head and neck. They said they were waiting on their food when one of the juveniles said, "Hey." When they looked up the juvenile offenders pointed their Orbeez and fired. Neither of the victims had visible injuries. The kids fled toward Kroger, but store employees gave police a photo of the four of them.

Listen up: A Bryden Road resident complained that his son had moved back in temporarily and now that's he's there he's playing music too loudly, Wednesday. The caller's wife said everything was fine. The officer spoke with the son, who told them he turned the music up "to drown out his father's coughing." All were advised to "keep the peace," he said.

Whoppers: A woman in the 1300 block of Wellesley Avenue reported about 30 kids in the street fighting and disturbing her, Thursday. Police talked to the kids, who claimed they were play fighting when the woman came out of her residence.
